Mortgage Loan Marketing Operations Coordinator; BR 13 - JAX; 8.5.2025

Description

This position will work in Marketing and closely with Call Center Operations teams to launch, execute and report on marketing programs supported by the company’s outbound and inbound call centers. The position is a blend of marketing, operations, and strong project management.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain scalable processes within the marketing and sales stack. 
• Translate marketing objectives into actionable programs for inbound and outbound contact center sales operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas rapidly and compellingly to a variety of audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing competing priorities on complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience using marketing and sales technologies (or have the ability to quickly adapt to them), internally we use Velocify, Encompass, Call Rail in addition to Adobe and Microsoft products.
• Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: promotions, emails, SMS, call center and customer lists
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and create regular internal and partner-facing reports

Education:

• High school diploma
• Bachelors degree preferred
