Overview

As a Financial Services Intern, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial activities, focusing on attention to detail and adherence to accounting principles. The role offers hands-on experience in financial management, fostering skills in accounting and contributing to official financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal check exceptions on behalf of customers so that check payments are processed. 
• Onboard new associations onto Vantaca Pay & Lockbox. 
• Onboard and setup new associations for Bill Pay conversions. 
• Document playbooks for client outreach related to VP Draft ACH adoption 

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, a related field
• Demonstrated interest in finance and accounting and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Effective communication skills & exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of US GAAP and practical applications of accounting principles
