PT Dayshift-Stock Associate

Boot Factory Outlet is excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Stock Associate to join our team. This is a Monday through Friday position working 28-30 hours a week.

This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours during the school day, making it a perfect fit for parents or retirees. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials

- Organize and maintain the stockroom and sales floor

- Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills for inventory management

- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) 

• Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.
