Key Details:

• Location: Remote, with up to 25% travel in Rhode Island and North Carolina
• Reports to: Senior Director of Field Care Delivery
• Direct Reports: Market specific field staff primarily licensed practical nurses (LPNs), with potential inclusion of registered nurses, medical assistants, or paramedics depending on geographic staffing needs and constraints. Direct reports are geographically dispersed across multiple markets, necessitating virtual management, close collaboration with in-market leads, and periodic travel for in-person engagement.
• Daily work: Supervise, manage, and direct field staff.
• Collaboration: Collaborates with market, nursing, and clinical leadership to standardize and optimize field care delivery, ensuring seamless integration of roles within each market’s interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop field staff through hiring, performance coaching, and ongoing professional growth initiatives.
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and continuously elevating quality of care.
• Drive clinical competency evaluations and personalized development plans for team members.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that delivers efficient, compassionate, and equitable patient care.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and partner with leadership to address local market needs.
• Champion safety and clinical excellence, actively engaging teams in professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Promote innovation and adaptability, inspiring staff to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results for patients with complex needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience considered.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in your home state and one market location.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care (ambulatory setting preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience with direct nurse reports.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in essential clinical skills (blood draws, specimen collection, wound care, etc.) and ability to train others.
• Preferred: Experience in home-based clinical care, complex care, geriatrics, or palliative medicine; nurse manager/leader certification.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and team-building skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health records, and virtual team engagement.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $110,000 to $120,000 with annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
