Position: General Sales Manager (GSM) –  Gainesville, GA

What You’Ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all dealership operations: sales, service, parts, and finance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed goals
• Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team
• Negotiate deals that drive profitability and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations

Requirements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a New Car Dealership Sales Department
• 2+ years in a management role within a dealership
• Proven success as a GSM or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM and inventory management tools
• Social media savvy is a plus!
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Availability for daylight, evenings, and Saturday
