About the Role:
ServiceUp is looking for a Technical Recruiter to build and scale our engineering, product, and technical teams. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers and a trusted advocate for candidates—owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close. You’ll be critical in helping ServiceUp grow with top-tier technical talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, build hiring strategies, and drive alignment
- Source and engage top technical talent through channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal referrals
- Manage and optimize candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the process
- Drive interview process consistency by building structured interview plans, calibrating teams, and training interviewers
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and pipeline diversity
- Ensure every candidate has a white-glove experience—from first touch to offer close
- Collaborate with People Ops to support onboarding and early-stage talent development
- Continuously iterate on sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract the best technical talent
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
- Deep understanding of technical roles and how to assess candidates across engineering, product, and data domains
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Rippling), sourcing tools, and outreach platforms
- Ability to manage multiple reqs with speed, attention to detail, and a focus on quality
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting KPIs to inform strategy
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Bonus: Experience scaling teams during rapid growth phases or building DEI-focused recruiting programs
