Hospitality Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience:
   
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
     
  • Resolve guest complaints, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
     
  • Regularly interact with guests to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
     
• Team Leadership:
   
  • Supervise and lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including receptionists, waitstaff, and housekeeping.
     
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
     
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve skills and ensure high standards of service.
     
• Operations Management:
   
  • Oversee the daily operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and managing daily room and service bookings.
     
  • Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across the facility.
     
  • Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, reducing waste and ensuring proper resource allocation.
     
• Financial Management:
   
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning, aiming to maximize profitability.
     
  • Monitor and track financial performance, including revenue and costs.
     
  • Help with inventory control, procurement of supplies, and cost-effective resource management.
     
• Marketing & Promotion:
   
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
     
  • Oversee special events, promotions, and guest packages.
     
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maintain a strong brand presence.
     
• Compliance & Legal:
   
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations within the hospitality industry.
     
  • Maintain accurate records related to guest services, financial transactions, and employee management.
