The Role:
Bring your drive. Build our culture. As part of the People & Talent team at Goddard Technologies, Inc., you'll be a pivotal player in shaping the future of our engineering and design services. You'll not only impact the talent experience but also contribute to the growth and innovation in engineering solutions for our diverse client base. We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support our growth by identifying and engaging top-tier talent, particularly within our product design, medical technology and engineering sectors. Together, we aim to build a strong, innovative team to maintain our position as a leader in design engineering services.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively search, engage, nurture, and hire top engineering and technical talent across, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, software, and human factors engineering (HFE) disciplines. Leverage a sharp eye for assessing technical competencies, cultural fit, and growth potential while managing up to 15+ requisitions concurrently and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Support the Function: Partner in building and refining scalable talent acquisition processes and systems that align with our growth needs and evolving business priorities.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute role-specific sourcing and hiring strategies with a data-driven and goal-oriented approach.
- Stakeholder Advising: Advise senior stakeholders across various teams on strategic hiring initiatives.
- Collaboration: Foster close collaboration within the talent acquisition and hiring teams to understand role profiles and priorities.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Drive coaching initiatives to foster a culture of learning and development within the day-to-day Goddard Culture.
- Pipeline Development: Utilize our current systems (ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) to build and maintain talent pipelines and pools, ensuring we have a ready-to-engage talent network.
- Market Insights: Gather and share insights on the talent market to inform hiring strategies.
- Cross-Functional Support: Act as a subject-matter expert, providing support for cross-functional projects, initiatives, and programs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of recruitment experience in a talent role, preferably in a design engineering firm or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Confident and influential communicator capable of attracting and engaging passive candidates and exciting them about opportunities at Goddard Technologies, Inc.
- Highly structured, with the ability to prioritize and diligently complete a variety of complex tasks.
- A natural networker who collaborates efficiently with talent acquisition and hiring teams, building trustful relationships with candidates.
- Proficient in working with data, able to derive actionable insights and conclusions from analysis.
- Manage Skills Assessment onboarding Software and systems, assess if the candidate is a good fundamental fit for the organization.
- Manage the individual hiring managers, train educate on the recruiting process, follow up on hiring process and ownership.
