Dir, P4, Lead Risk & Resil Mgmt : Job Level - Director

Firm Resilience Reporting Specialist primarily responsible for various recurring and ad-hoc reporting and technical support for divisional business partners; also providing entitlement management support in Fusion RM and RNS applications and work closely with management on various dashboard developments. The agenda over the next few years includes continued enhancement of the reporting environment and modernization of the existing toolset with PowerBI and Gen AI potential whilst also ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations. In addition, this will have the additional focus on wider automation and tooling efficiencies across the Firm Resilience DR space.

A successful candidate will support both enhancement and expansion to existing programs around technology and external service planning and testing to ensure the firm has capability to recover from severe but plausible scenarios. They will be responsible for supporting design and implementation of enhancements to the program working closely with stakeholders from across the organisation

As a member of our team, you will be in a unique position to interact with people and teams globally across different businesses and functions, working on topics that have a direct impact on the operational stability of the Firm.

Primary responsibilities:

> Support and automate the existing Firm resilience reporting. Including FusionRM and RNS reporting for the Firm resilience Business Continuity groups.
> Support disaster recovery program development and implementation of new and enhanced planning, tooling, automation and test frameworks in response to existing and emerging threats (e.g. cyber).
> Provide management, ownership and responsibility for the planning and execution of Firmwide disaster recovery and resilience tests. General Skills:
> Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability to convey complex technical strategies and plans to a wide audience at all levels of the organisation.
> Capable of delivering multiple asks concurrently in support of project delivery milestones or exercise event planning and execution.
> Proven ability to work autonomously and to meet strict deadlines.
> Some prior experience in Disaster Recovery, IT Service Management, Risk Management or Operational Resilience domains.

Technical skills

> Python and/or other scripting language
> Knowledge of database technologies, specifically DB2, Sybase and/or MSSQL
> Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools desirable
> Knowledge of the Jira/Atlassian toolset
> Knowledge of Agile and Kanban
> Knowledge of scheduling tools like autosys or zapp
> Knowledge of Linux and other common operating systems
