Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Monetization Operations Intern will support high-priority programs and assist in communicating program value through foundational reporting tasks. The Role 

  • Be part of a world-class team, supporting sustainable monetization growth globally for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. 
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams and help build productive relationships within Pricing, Sales, Operations, Systems, HR & Finance by supporting coordination and documentation efforts. 
  • Assist in ensuring team reporting is accurate and contribute to scaling reporting processes by preparing data inputs and maintaining dashboards. 
  • Help track key strategic projects and support visibility efforts for senior leaders through status updates and summaries. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the Pricing team by preparing and validating data for reporting, helping ensure confidence in data accuracy and insights.
  • Assist in strategic planning processes by gathering data and preparing materials for customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning.
  • Contribute to a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects by supporting research, documentation, and coordination tasks that inform LinkedIn’s go-to-market motion.
  • Help establish strong working relationships with peers in Sales Operations and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance, and systems teams) by participating in team meetings and supporting shared goals.
  • Identify opportunities to explore AI solutions and assist in documenting and testing AI processes under guidance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • You must be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in both verbal and written in English 
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Advanced MS Excel/SQL experience is a differentiator, despite hiring for candidate’s potential and growth mindset.
  • Thinking through problems in a structured manner, attention to detail and highly organized. 
  • High energy, enthusiastic individual. 
  • Independent, autonomous, and adaptable to change. 
  • An active interest in training and development.
