PROGRAM MANAGER 

WHO WE ARE:

STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.

STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:·         Lead day-to-day program management activities, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations.·         Oversee program execution, including managing budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.·         Serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor personnel, maintaining strong lines of communication.·         Supervise and coordinate efforts across multiple subcontractors to ensure cohesive, on-time, and on-budget delivery of services.·         Provide personnel management and leadership for the program team, including staffing, performance evaluation, and development.


Qualifications:
Experience/Skills ·         15 years relevant experience supporting Navy Electronic Warfare Systems - Desired ·         10 years relevant experience supporting NAVAIR workload - Desired ·         Experience with cost, schedule, and performance as it relates to program execution - Required ·         Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors - Required ·         Program and Personnel Management - Required ·         Communication and Briefing Skills - Required ·         Education. Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline – ·         Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI ·         Performance Location. Contractor Site (within 50 miles of NSWC Crane Division)
