We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr with substantial growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
- Starting Pay: $18/hr
- At 6-Months: $18.50/hr
- At 12-Months: $19.50/hr

About the team and position
The Coordinator, Treasury Operations, is responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and documentation related to financial and operational processes. This role ensures a seamless workflow within the TreasuryOperations department by maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and assisting with administrative support tasks. The primary focus is on mail and document handling to support the Treasury team in meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance standards.
As a Coordinator, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. You will also support process improvements and provide administrative assistance to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the department.
What you’ll be doing
Mail and Documentation Management:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, financial documents, and correspondence.
- Log and track incoming and outgoing mail and documents to ensure accurate processing.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of paperwork, including customer lien payoffs and financial transactions.
Administrative Support:
- Perform data entry and maintain records in relevant systems.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed for daily operations.
- Support the team with basic reporting and reconciliation tasks.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant systems and tools used in Treasury Operations.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service by ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Assist the Treasury team in other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
