Senior Director, Warehouse Operations

Responsible for ensuring departments meet or exceed performance requirements in
the areas of safety, shortage, cost control, quality, processing standards, flexibility,
reliability, customer service and execution to plan.

Provide leadership to achieve company profit objectives and customer service goals
by optimizing fulfillment operations' productivity/throughput levels, work scheduling
and processing.

Identify, develop, and implement short and long term strategies, which enhance
profitability, productivity and efficiency for each operations function.

Develop metrics and maintain procedures to ensure customer service satisfaction
levels are attained while, fostering a work culture that is successful and committed
to superior customer service.

Create and implement actions plans that improve operational processes and
promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Develop managers on all aspects of their positions. Coach and mentor direct reports
toward individual growth and performance (succession planning). Ensure direct
reports lead their teams by example; provide clear direction and timely feedback
Facilitate budget preparation and execution with entire operation to ensure control
resources utilization.

• Plan, execute and manage the annual physical inventories with finance department, to reconcile the physical counts for posting inventory and documenting final results
• Project Manager on all major Facility projects and initiatives.
• In depth knowledge of e-commerce and fulfillment operations, including; experience with high transaction operations and excellent skill in areas of supply chain logistics, and inventory management, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Exceptional problem solving and decision making ability in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proven operations leadership skills including leading a management team with a clear vision and strategy, results-driven, change catalyst, and development of people.
• Strong organization, project management skill with outstanding communication and follow up abilities.
• Manhattan SCALE WMS knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially skilled in Excel.
