Responsible for the coordination, leadership and administration of assigned administrative /medical practices. Manages clinical, business office and other administrative functions of an ambulatory site, which may consist of a large single service, multiple practices or multiple services; and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree from a four-year college or university or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- At least 5 years of previous management experience
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications.
