Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben:

• Rechnungsprüfung und detaillierte Kontrolle aller eingehender Waren- und Transportkostenrechnungen aus dem In- und Ausland auf sachliche, steuerrechtliche und rechnerische Richtigkeit
• Reklamationsbearbeitung und Klärung von Differenzen der gelieferten Waren im Austausch mit Ansprechpartnern deutsch- und englischsprachiger Lieferanten und Logistikpartner
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Buchhaltung, Einkauf, Beschaffung, und Logistik
• Unterstützung im Rahmen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Qualifikationen

Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis

• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse mit MS-Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind verpflichtend
• Salary:1300 EUR per month for 20 weekly hours
