Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accountant to uphold the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. This role focuses on account reconciliation, compliance, process improvement, and the clear communication of financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excel under pressure, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations to maintain accurate ledgers and ensure reliable reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial statements and records comply with statutory regulations, tax laws, and US GAAP standards.
• System Implementation: Support the design, development, and implementation of accounting systems and software to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Financial Communication: Present financial data and concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of financial literacy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively listen, respond, and adapt communication to suit the needs of different audiences while maintaining professionalism across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
