Who we’re looking for:

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the needs of post-acute care providers and the company’s strategic vision of becoming a data and analytics-driven organization. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in healthcare supply chain management, product development, and GPO operations. The SVP will define and deliver a roadmap focused on member value, leveraging internal capabilities and strategic partnerships to drive innovation, optimize supplier relationships, and deliver solutions that improve member outcomes and operational performance.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Drive a unified product strategy aligned with organizational goals, integrating GPO services, data, analytics, and performance solutions for post-acute and pharmacy partners.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization, focusing on procurement, sourcing, tech innovation, and supply chain solutions.
  • Create frameworks to accelerate time-to-market and enable organic and inorganic growth.
  • Align product innovation with revenue, operations, member experience, and technology.
  • Manage a financially sound product pipeline, prioritizing enhancements, new developments, and divestitures to maximize ROI.
  • Implement a cross-functional product dashboard to track adoption, customer value, financials, and readiness, supporting agile, data-driven decisions and ongoing business reviews.
  • Own go-to-market strategy, including training, adoption, and performance tracking, with sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with post-acute providers, suppliers, industry partners while serving as the customer voice to guide product decisions and adoption.

 

Product Roadmap & Growth

  • Prioritize the product roadmap using data, member feedback, and market trends.
  • Build business cases and ROI models for new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with revenue, clinical, tech, and operations teams to define and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Pursue data partnerships and acquisitions to expand the product portfolio.
  • Serve as liaison for data and product synergies across Roper Technologies companies.
  • Identify early use cases and MVPs with near-term commercial potential (12–18 months).

Commercialization & Value Creation

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, including sales enablement, training, adoption, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure internal alignment on value proposition and outcomes.
  • Develop business cases, investment criteria, and ROI models to guide product decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations to drive adoption, scale capabilities, and ensure successful launches.

 

Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a growing product team; drive a culture of execution and accountability.
  • Cultivate a performance culture rooted in data driven decision making, member impact, speed to value, and disciplined innovation.
  • Assure strategic alignment among key company stakeholders to increase speed to execution and results
  • Coordinate  finance and operations to ensure pricing, contracting, and cost models align with strategic and financial goals.
  • Leverage GPO contracts and supplier networks to optimize product availability, pricing, and delivery for members.
  • Work closely with the revenue and operations functions to streamline procurement processes and mitigate risks in product development and launches.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations (CMS, HIPAA).

 

 What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree preferred.12+ years of product leadership experience, including 5+ years in healthcare (preferably post-acute supply chain, or GPO environments.
  • Familiarity with long-term care and post-acute, supply chain, or GPO environments).
  • Experience launching products for long term care pharmacies, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health centers.
  • Experience in healthcare contracting, reimbursement, or rebate structures.
  • Demonstrated success managing B2B or B2B2C healthcare platforms or services.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare supply chain ecosystem, including sourcing, vendor contracting, and member engagement. Track record of launching products in data-driven, member-focused, regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living, or home health.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in supply chain management (e.g., AI, agentic AI).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
