The Role

To achieve SEEKs growth ambition, the Adjacent Revenue Development (ARD) Team are focussed on developing new commercial models and incremental revenue from adjacent growth opportunities. This team is made up of Initiative Leaders (Growth Managers, Partnerships Manager), a Growth Operations and Analytics team (GOAT) and a Sales and Customer Engagement Team (Growth Executives)  

Reporting to the Growth Operations Team Leader, the Growth Operations Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing systems and processes to ensure the broader Adjacent Revenue Development Team can run highly efficient and effective initiatives.

Job Description

  • Independently design and implement the operations processes for ARD initiatives
    • Examples include:
    • Exercising strong independent judgement in designing and implementing optimal process flows for experimentation, with clear touch points between internal team members, external partners/third parties and customers.
    • Holding internal parties and third-party partners accountable to following processes, resolving and troubleshooting where necessary.
    • Accountability for the tracking of key metrics that determine experiment success.
    • Utilising tools including Hubspot, Confluence and Jira to design and implement scalable operational frameworks
    • Ownership of operational documentation
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships for operational delivery across ARD initiatives
    • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align on operational processes
    • Act as the operational point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on process status, timelines, and operational dependencies
    • Confidently manage stakeholder expectations regarding operational deliverables, communicating progress, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Contribute to the optimisation and continuous improvement of ARD Team processes
    • Identify and suggest opportunities for more effective and efficient processes across initiatives.
    • Ensure consistency in processes across different initiatives where it makes sense.
    • Play an elevated role in the team driving internal-team focused projects outside of experiments, including working on tools and rituals within the team.
    • Use unique position and touchpoints with all ARD team members to make a strong contribution to a team environment that is productive, enjoyable and supportive.

Qualifications

    • 3-4 years’ experience in Operations, Project Coordinator, Administration or similar roles.
    • Ability to work autonomously on tasks, willingness to call out issues or opportunities with capacity.
    • Demonstrated experience leading process design initiatives independently
    • Proven ability to translate business requirements into operational processes and anticipate issues
    • Pragmatic and focused on delivering outcomes; biased toward action
    • Demonstrated strong judgement & decision making to juggle competing priorities, to ensure the best outcomes for the individual, the team, SEEK and our clients
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, ability to maintain clear communication of priorities with stakeholders across different initiatives.  
    • Commitment to consistently delivering on tasks and projects.
    • Be comfortable and adaptable working in an ambiguous environment
    • Creative and innovative approach in problem solving and solution building, taking ownership to drive the outcomes and positively impact change
    • Willingness to learn and to contribute in a variety of ways as tasks and projects evolve.
    • Be an enthusiastic team member who is helpful, supportive and enjoys coming to work
    • Belief in and passion for SEEK’s Purpose.
    • Strong skills across Microsoft Office suite, comfort in learning new software
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g Hubspot)
    • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, nice to have
    • Previous experience or interest working with AI valuable, but not essential
