Department Assistant - Sales Technologist - Temporary

Summary: Provides administrative and technical support for IT-related initiatives within the Sales department. This role focuses on optimizing manual processes, automating reporting, and improving CRM usage. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of tools like Excel (including VBA), Power BI, Power Automate, and Adobe, and will collaborate closely with the Sales team to streamline operations and enhance data visibility.

Core Functions:

• Support the Sales team by identifying and improving manual workflows.
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based tools, including those using VBA.
• Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Assist in CRM optimization and reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Edit and manage digital forms and documents using Adobe tools.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation.
• Provide training and support to Sales team members on new tools and processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Required:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
