About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director of AI Solutions (Associate General Manager) to own a portfolio of customer relationships. This person will partner closely with Engagement Leads and take responsibility for high level executive relationships and outcomes as the face of Axion Ray.

What you'll do:

Oversee teams of Engagement Leads and Deployment Leads who execute day to day customer operations. This includes ensuring customer data is ready for our platform, training new users, identifying insights, escalating and troubleshooting issues, creating value stories, and working with customers
Ensure platform deployments run on schedule and customers understand their data and relevant problems to be solved with the platform
Work closely with senior executive leadership at customer companies to share insights and value stories
Ensure customers are receiving support and guidance on technical issues and that the team is working closely with customer stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and objectives
Provide guidance on best practices for integrating our platform into customer systems
Collaborate with our sales and product development teams to identify and implement product improvements and new features based on customer feedback and observations in the field
Monitor and analyze customer user data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address potential issues
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within your customer portfolio
Work closely with Axion leadership to navigate our customers’ organizations to secure budget for customer expansions and secure contracts

Who you are:

7+ years as a client/customer-facing project lead, managing teams and working closely with high level executives
3+ years as a people manager
Leverages problem solving, creativity and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive impact in the world
Enjoys deriving insights from data analysis, AI models and driving impact from them
Thrives in working in environments where priorities quickly shift and evolve
Nice to have: Experience in the AI domain, with NLP, Generative AI, early-stage startups, aerospace, automotive or medical device companies
