We are currently seeking a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team in executing promotional strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing. You will assist in planning events, coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all promotional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and strategies

• Support event planning and on-site coordination

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

• Help maintain brand messaging and promotional materials

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery

• Maintain inventory of promotional merchandise and materials

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or related areas (internships accepted)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
