We are currently seeking a Leadership Development Trainee to join our San Antonio office. This entry-level program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and structured training to prepare you for future leadership roles within Nexmos Design. You’ll be exposed to various departments and projects, allowing you to build a solid foundation in design operations, project coordination, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional training across departments

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution

• Shadow team leaders and gain insight into effective leadership practices

• Analyze team and project performance metrics to support decision-making

• Support communication between departments and with clients

• Complete assignments and training modules within program timelines

• Collaborate in problem-solving and strategy sessions

• Demonstrate continuous learning and leadership potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and team collaboration

• No prior leadership experience required – training will be provided
