We are currently seeking a Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will work closely with the Communications and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and clear messaging across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications

• Coordinate the production and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and announcements

• Support the development of communication materials, presentations, and reports

• Maintain updated records and contact lists for media and partners

• Help organize internal communications strategies and events

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of communication assets

• Monitor and report on communication metrics and feedback

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or marketing support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

• Knowledge of basic communication principles and content creation
