Nexmos Design is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and client deliverables. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies while assisting with administrative and creative tasks that ensure our campaigns run efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Conduct market research and compile data for reports and presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of marketing materials

• Prepare content for promotional materials, newsletters, and client proposals

• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics

• Help organize events, presentations, and product launches

• Maintain databases and marketing documentation

• Support administrative tasks and team coordination

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
