We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering clear and impactful messaging.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications
Coordinate messaging across departments to ensure brand consistency
Support the execution of public announcements, memos, and reports
Assist in preparing presentations, email campaigns, and company newsletters
Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with team leads to ensure message alignment and accuracy
Maintain communication databases and update contact lists

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
