We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support our promotional campaigns and live event initiatives. This role involves coordinating logistics, assisting in campaign planning, and engaging with attendees to promote our clients’ brands. You will play a vital part in the execution and success of each event.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns

• Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, materials, and schedules

• Support promotional strategies to maximize audience engagement

• Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically at all events

• Collect feedback from event participants to inform future strategies

• Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and supplies

• Help analyze event performance and prepare post-event reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1+ year of experience in event coordination, promotions, or a similar role

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
