We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing efficient and professional support. You will help resolve inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our customer service processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively

  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure resolution in a timely manner

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service best practices

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and updates

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role (minimum 2 years)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, ticketing systems)

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
