We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This role plays a key part in identifying, developing, and supporting high-potential talent through structured leadership programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build future leaders across our organization and client base.
Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs and training workshops
Assess individual and group leadership capabilities through assessments and feedback tools
Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business needs
Monitor progress and measure program effectiveness using key performance indicators
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders
Conduct research on industry best practices to continuously improve development strategies
Assist with change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or learning and development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to design and deliver effective training content and facilitate learning sessions
High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and learning management systems (LMS)
