We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This role plays a key part in identifying, developing, and supporting high-potential talent through structured leadership programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build future leaders across our organization and client base.

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs and training workshops

  • Assess individual and group leadership capabilities through assessments and feedback tools

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business needs

  • Monitor progress and measure program effectiveness using key performance indicators

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders

  • Conduct research on industry best practices to continuously improve development strategies

  • Assist with change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or learning and development

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to design and deliver effective training content and facilitate learning sessions

  • High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and learning management systems (LMS)
