We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of both internal and client-facing events. You will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure that every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about event planning, logistics, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate events, promotional activities, and community functions
Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm services and timelines
Manage event calendars, schedules, and registration lists
Prepare and organize event materials, signage, and equipment
Support on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown
Help track budgets, receipts, and post-event reports
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and Marketing team
Ensure high standards of service and guest experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
1+ year of experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Ability to lift and transport event materials (as needed)
