We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Boston-based team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the execution of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining regular communication

• Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for clients and internal teams

• Support the coordination of meetings, deliverables, and client projects

• Track and analyze account performance metrics

• Respond to client inquiries and escalate issues as needed

• Contribute to account planning and strategy discussions

• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
