We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support our talent development programs, help design and deliver leadership training initiatives, and work closely with teams across departments to drive performance. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about growth, mentorship, and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership training programs
Collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and development needs
Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and provide recommendations
Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities
Create and maintain reports on development progress and participation
Help establish career development frameworks and succession planning
Provide coaching and guidance to emerging leaders within the organization
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or HR
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and ability to assess training impact
Self-starter with a passion for leadership and team growth
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
