Sharpcontra is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team in Boston. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Provide detailed product/service information when requested

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
