💡 Please note that this is a fully in-person role, and a high level of English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required.

What You’Ll Do:

• 🤝 Proactively hunt for top talent using active sourcing strategies to connect with standout candidates
• 🌍 Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract exceptional talent
• 🗣️ Act as a brand ambassador to tell our story and inspire potential candidates to join our mission
• 📞 Use creative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring we have the best minds ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges
• 🔗 Streamline the recruiting experience, keeping communication seamless and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed

• 🛠 (Ideally) 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech and non-tech)
