Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)- Relocation Assistance to Baltimore, MD

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume caseload from initial intake through trial preparation. This role requires a deep understanding of personal injury law, civil litigation processes, and a commitment to client service excellence. This position is remote for the first 3-4 months then becomes remote one day per week.
Relocation assistance to Baltimore, MD is available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury litigation, from pre-suit through trial and settlement
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas
• Coordinate and manage the discovery process, including the collection, review, and organization of medical records, accident reports, and other supporting documentation
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Maintain and organize case files in accordance with firm procedures and deadlines
• Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, medical providers, and court personnel
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
• Prepare settlement packages and support attorneys with negotiation documentation
• Track and manage statute of limitations and litigation deadlines using calendaring software
