In this role, you will

Own and maintain company brand pages on review platforms: keep information, visuals, and updates fresh and engaging
Respond promptly to new reviews, both positive and negative, and work with customers to resolve issues and foster goodwill
Monitor branded search results, suppress negative content by promoting positive or neutral assets, and ensure our narrative comes through first
Engage in brand-related conversations on forums (Reddit, Quora, etc.) to build and reinforce a positive public perception
Design and implement strategies that encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews, using creative incentives and mechanics
Analyze reviews and brand mentions regularly to uncover recurring pain points or service gaps
Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for internal teams (support, product, etc.) to enhance overall customer experience
Report on reputation trends, measure the impact of your initiatives, and track sentiment shifts over time

It’s all about you

1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience as an ORM/SERM Specialist
Background in American brands or products
Proven track record in developing ORM/SERM strategies
Solid understanding of SEO principles
Experience managing multiple brand portfolios simultaneously
Familiarity with other digital marketing channels
Skilled in navigating and contributing to online forums (Reddit, Quora)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Structured thinker who can break down complex problems into clear actions
