We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all receivable transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous A/R or accounting experience a plus.
