We’re looking for a Sport CRM Manager to join our fast-paced team at Medier. If you’re experienced, hands-on, and thrive in a no-nonsense environment where things move very quickly — keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own CRM operations for a specific region, working closely with local teams and regional managers. You will be responsible for CRM startegy and execution within a defined region - could be Europe, LATAM, Asia, or others - depending on your background and business needs.
Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Support) to align CRM efforts with broader goals
Bring structure and ownership to your region’s customer lifecycle processes
Optionally take on operational tasks if you’re not yet deeply embedded in the sports niche — we’ll tailor scope to your strengths

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven CRM experience — ideally in high-paced environments (iGaming, sports tech, fintech, etc.)
Strong English is a must — you’ll be in constant communication with regional stakeholders
Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or regional ones) = big plus
Based abroad? Even better. Our strongest performers tend to be those who work from outside of their home country — hungry, driven, focused.
Sports-savvy? Huge bonus. You’ll ramp faster and better understand how our audience thinks. But it’s not a blocker if you’re solid in all other areas.
