At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Master Facilities Maintenance Engineer will serve as a regional, hands-on technical expert responsible for ensuring the physical upkeep, compliance, and operational reliability of 9-10 company-owned retail facilities across Pennsylvania. This role is 100% travel-based and is expected to provide site-level maintenance, vendor coordination, and facilities support across all assigned locations. The Engineer will respond to priority maintenance issues, oversee and execute preventive maintenance programs, and serve as a key liaison between field operations and centralized facilities leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct regular on-site visits across 9-10 Pennsylvania retail locations to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues.
- Lead and support both reactive and preventive maintenance programs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
- Respond to high-priority maintenance tickets and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and local vendors to address Zendesk tickets and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Support compliance-related facility needs such as backflow testing, fire systems inspections, and safety audits.
- Train or support local site teams on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting practices.
- Identify and escalate long-term repair needs, capital improvement opportunities, or major system replacements.
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and work orders in coordination with Zendesk and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with centralized leadership and procurement on vendor performance, cost tracking, and service agreements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in commercial facilities maintenance, preferably across multi-site retail environments.
- Proven expertise across trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems (HVAC certification required).
- Experience working independently and resolving field-based issues in real time.
- Strong knowledge of compliance protocols related to facility safety and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100% throughout Pennsylvania.
- Organized, responsive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment.
- Experience using facilities management tools or CMMS systems (Zendesk preferred).
