CCTV Operator

1. Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activity in real time

2. Conduct routine checks and ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly

3. Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activity logs

4. Support the security team in investigations by retrieving relevant footage

5. Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are upheld at all times

6. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and incidents

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a similar CCTV/Security role, preferably in hospitality

2. Familiarity with surveillance systems and control room operations

3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods

4. Good communication skills and professional conduct

5. Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

6. Valid SIRA license or equivalent certification
