Key Responsibilities

• Support data entry and updates in the HRIS
• Assist in validating and cleaning employee data across systems
• Generate simple reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Collaborate in routine audits to ensure data integrity
• Document and update process guidelines for HR operations
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to HR processes as needed

Must-have Skills 

• Undergraduate or nearing graduation.
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in HR, Communications, HR, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Suite & collaboration tools, especially Slack, is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Preferred (not required)

• Experience with any HRIS platform (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Familiarity with basic HR concepts or previous internship experience in a People team
