Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact in early childhood education? Busy Bees at Doncaster East is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of engaging educational programs

• Mentor and support your team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative culture

• Build respectful, lasting relationships with children, families, and the community

• Maintain compliance documentation and contribute to continuous improvement goals

• Champion the EYLF, NQS, and centre values in your everyday practice

• Work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to ensure a high-quality learning environment

What You’ll Need

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a diploma-qualified position

• VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

• In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and early childhood frameworks

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A passion for guiding and inspiring others in a supportive team setting
