Account Manager, EMEA - FTC
Part Time: 20 hours per week
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Department: GRI (Geopolitical Risk Intelligence)
About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to support our Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly clients across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients and be directly responsible for renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
You’ll work closely with the Head of GRI Sales and collaborate with internal Client Success and Business Development teams to deliver exceptional value, strengthen long-term client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.

The Geopolitical Risk Intelligence (GRI) division includes Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly, both known for delivering world-class geopolitical analysis and advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors.
You Will
Manage a defined book of business across the EMEA region, driving renewal success and long-term client satisfaction.
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and use cases.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to support gross and net revenue retention targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success, Sales, Product) to ensure a smooth and high-impact client experience.
You Have
Account management experience, preferably in geopolitical risk, intelligence, or business information services.
A proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and meet revenue targets.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics in EMEA.
A client-first mindset with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also considered.
