Manager, Roads & Highways - Philippines

• Provide operational, technical and business development management of the Philippines Sub-Sector to support SJ Group’s vision and values;
• Manage the Country financial targets of the Sub-Sector and the achievement of the Country Sub-Sector operational plans;
• In collaboration with the Sub-Sector, South East Asia Director ensure capability development and mobilisation of sub-sector resources to support SJ Group’s overall business objectives;
• Collaborate with South East Asia and Other Country Transport Sector leaders to manage Country based client relationships and achieve sustainable growth through targeted client relationship management and business development activity;
• Provide support to the Sub-Sector, South East Asia Director and manage activity to transition regional based business model to a global service model;
