Join 3M as a Syndication Supervisor in Digital Operations, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Your leadership will drive impactful solutions in our syndication processes and digital operations.

The Impact You’ll Make in This Role:

• Provide leadership, direction, consultation, and support to a team of over 10 employees, fostering a collaborative, knowledgeable, and productive work environment.
• Lead and collaborate with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and champion Syndication and Digital Shelf services and initiatives, including business and channel partnerships, syndication solution support, complex data monitoring of channel product content health and coverage, and proactive identification and resolution of gaps.
• Set and adhere to performance and value metric targets, establish clear expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities and lead a continuous improvement mindset within the team to develop and implement syndication process optimizations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Digital Services Manager, Demand Planners, and key business stakeholders to plan and understand demand, including accountability for demand versus capacity to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field. 
• Previous relevant work experience in e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Solid proven experience leading and/or managing teams.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more areas such as Digital Marketing, Digital Operations, E-commerce, Syndication, Digital Shelf, Web Experience, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven track record in managing complex projects or initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, and evaluation phases. 
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies relevant to syndication, such as content/product information management systems, data analytics, and digital asset management; experience with Salsify is a plus. 
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, business stakeholders, and experience with channels/retailers. 
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. 
• Proven leadership experience in operations, with a focus on driving operational effectiveness and meeting service level agreements.
