Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in supply chain analytics projects, collaborating with supply chain teams, business units, and IT to map business processes, integrate internal/external structured/unstructured data sources, and design data integration solutions.

• Use Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Power Pivot), SQL, Python, and other tools to extract, clean, model, and visualize data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Monitor supply chain data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance for operational continuity.

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports to support supply chain decisions (e.g., inventory optimization, logistics tracking, demand forecasting).

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis (e.g., supplier performance, cost variance) using Excel and BI tools, delivering actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required in quantitative field, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Statistics, etc.

• Minimum 5 years experience with supply chain functions.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory management).

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization design) and Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query), with ability to create end-to-end reports.

• Strong cross-team communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin (required for handling Chinese supply chain data and global collaboration)

• Determined, self-motivated and adaptable to different cultures and working environments.
