Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI Governance Manager to join our Data & AI Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will collaborate with another AI Governance Manager to shape and implement our AI governance framework, driving responsible AI practices aligned with global regulations and internal risk protocols. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovation and accountability in the evolving AI landscape. In this role, you will take on the following impactful responsibilities:

• Manage AI governance processes, including intake, evaluation, and oversight of the AI Inventory, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Approve low-risk AI use cases and prepare recommendations for high-risk cases, ensuring regulatory and risk requirements are met.
• Monitor global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act), coordinate regulatory surveys, and ensure AI risk assessments meet compliance standards.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and templates while contributing to industry standards and best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for AI governance inquiries, aligning with internal teams to ensure accountability.
• Develop training materials on AI governance and oversee the review and approval of limited-risk AI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI governance, legal/regulatory compliance, or AI risk management.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their regulatory implications.
• Experience with Model Risk Management (MRM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, global environment.
• Good command of German and English

You will be working as part of our Data & AI Center of Excellence with key stakeholders in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and APAC. The international setup offers you the chance to work remotely and in co-located spaces. Your line team is mainly located in Bendern (LI).
