Individual contributor role with significant ownership of Learning Solutions projects and programs. This includes independently producing work estimate requests, partnering with business units to independently identify and produce learning-based solutions, managing timelines to successful completion, and acting as a liaison to Leadership on cross-functional initiatives. This role collaborates with RGA business units to identify / execute on strategic goals and objectives. Assists with the implementation of industry best practices to achieve the highest degree of success.
Principle Duties:
Acts as an individual contributor to manage assigned projects using approved tools, standards, and templates as well as standard instructional design approaches. Collaborate with others to define standards and processes for Learning Solutions Team.
Independently produce work estimate requests for requests of varying sizes; coach and mentor team members on work estimation efforts.
Facilitate change management activities regarding new and updated tools and processes. Develop communications that build awareness / desire.
Assess metrics to identify gaps; propose innovative strategies to close gaps. Assures appropriate communication and coordination with Leadership to facilitate knowledge transfer / understanding and/or impact analysis.
Research and review industry data to keep current on strategies and trends in learning technology.
Partners with team members responsible for complex / special projects to facilitate research and resolution of issues escalated for Leadership handling.
Manages completion of special projects as they arise and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent related experience required
12+ Years training experience in a business environment required
12+ Years business experience required
Skills & Abilities:
Advanced experience designing learning materials and managing projects required
Advanced development skills using e-learning tools required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, SharePoint) required
Advanced ability to translate needs/processes into training materials for delivery required
Advanced adult learning skills required
Experience with process improvement efforts, design and implementation required
Ability to set goals, multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines required
Takes initiative, is accountable, and works independently required
Advanced oral and written communication skills and organizational skills required
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across business units required
Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline & Rise) or Adobe Captivate required
Adobe Creative Suite required

Compensation Range:
$104,350.00 - $155,350.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
