The Job

As the team lead, you will oversee the planning and execution of a wide range of local and overseas agency incentive events. Your key responsibilities include:
 
1. Incentive Events & Experiences

• Develop themes and rules for sales contests, award ceremonies, celebration parties, exclusive “money-can’t-buy” experiences, and conventions.

• Design and implement program action plans and promotional strategies.

• Oversee logistics and on-site event management.

• Coordinate with production houses, vendors, and travel agencies.

• Monitor program progress and performance metrics.

• Handle agency inquiries and manage part-time staff during events.

2. Industry Awards Management

• Manage annual award applications and maintain relevant databases.

• Coordinate event and ceremony enrollments.

• Arrange sponsorships and partnerships.

3. Sales Promotion Merchandise

• Propose and manage the production of promotional tools, including agency stationery, gift premiums, and year-end items for company-wide distribution.

• Source and oversee vendors and suppliers.

• Operate and maintain the online gift shop.

4. Marketing Roadshows & Concerts

• Plan and execute roadshows, expos, and pop-star concerts for all agencies.

• Manage event schedules, ticket distribution, and seating arrangements for large-scale audiences.

 
The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Events Management.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
