About the Team
ROCKWOOL Digital is our IT division, delivering innovative solutions to our global workforce.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and optimise labelling solutions for the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Stay up to date with market trends in product labelling
• Work with Teklynx Enterprise, Sentinel, and industrial hardware (LogoPak, Zebra, SATO)
• Maintain solution integrity and up-to-date documentation
• Service daily operational requirements and uphold service agreements
• Install PC hardware on site; participate in a 24/7 on-call rota with the team

Your Background

• Experience with industrial IT and labelling solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft networks and client installations
• Basic knowledge of industrial printers
• Willingness to travel (20–80 days per year)
• Experience with Teklynx solutions (an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working with international and remote teams
