What We Offer

• In your new role, you will support our Payroll team in all matters relating to payroll

• To this end, you are a valued contact person for team Payroll in case of project activities and queries on the subject of payroll accounting

• In addition, you will securely support within authorities, health insurance companies and the employers' liability insurance association

• They accompany payment transactions and reconcile the remuneration components with accounting

• You support in defining new requirements and check the correct implementation in the SAP system

The minimum salary on this position is 1500 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

What You Offer

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification

• Furthermore, you have many years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting

• When dealing with SAP R/3 HR, you will routinely work both in master data maintenance and in the follow-up activities of payroll

• You have in-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law as well as a passion for human resources work

• Your way of working is characterized by proactivity and team orientation

• You are curious about the colorful world of the chemical industry and take on the challenge of familiarizing yourself with complex topics

• Within global topics, you will be able to communicate fluently in English and German
